Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you love your Wattlebee Baby purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. These terms apply to purchases made both in-store and online.
Faulty Items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item has a major fault, or if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@wattlebeebaby.com.au with the subject line “Return/Refund – Faulty – [Order or Receipt Number]” and include:
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the fault
• Proof of purchase
A “fault” means a manufacturing defect affecting wear or function (for example, damaged stitching or faulty fasteners). Small variations in print placement, minor threads, or normal wear and tear are not considered faults.
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.
Returns at Our Discretion
Wattlebee Baby is not required by law to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or mistaken purchases. However, we understand circumstances can vary, and we may offer a credit or exchange at our discretion if the product is in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
If you wish to request a return outside of a fault or defect, please email hello@wattlebeebaby.com.au with your order or receipt number and details of your request. We’ll do our best to assist where reasonable.
Final Sale & Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted for swimwear, underwear, breastfeeding or pumping accessories, postpartum aids, or comparable personal-use products, unless faulty.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
We also can’t accept returns for:
• Worn, washed, or marked items
• Items missing original tags or hygiene seals
• Gift cards
Print Placement
Each Wattlebee Baby piece is unique. Print placement may vary slightly from product photos. This is part of the charm and not considered a fault.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval and next steps. Refunds (for eligible faulty items only) will be processed back to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 3–10 business days.
If your purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be returned to that same card. We’re not able to refund to a different payment method or provide cash in place of the original form of payment.
