Shipping Policy

We’re excited to now offer shipping Australia-wide for most items purchased online. While we settle into operations and refine our weights and freight setup, we’re using a simple flat-rate shipping fee for all eligible items.

What We Ship
Most clothing, accessories, toys, feeding essentials, décor, gifts, and other smaller baby items can be shipped directly to you using our flat-rate shipping option.

Items We Don’t Ship
Due to size, weight, or handling requirements, the following cannot be shipped at this time and are available as Click & Collect only:
• Car seats & boosters
• Prams & strollers
• Nursery furniture (cots, drawers, bassinets, change tables, gliders, etc.)
• Other large or bulky items
• Frozen or perishable food items (including postpartum meals)

For these items, simply select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout to arrange Click & Collect from our Ballina Central store.

Flat-Rate Shipping
A flat shipping fee applies to all eligible orders Australia-wide. This helps keep things simple while we continue to refine our full delivery service.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for all eligible items at our Ballina Central store. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
