How to use

Snap the soft silicone membrane securely into place.

Place the shell inside your bra with the opening centered over your nipple.

Ensure the spout faces upward to prevent spills.

A nursing bra is recommended for extra comfort and reduced pressure.
Cleaning and care

Before first use and daily thereafter, hand wash with warm soapy water and rinse well.

Sterilise by pouring distilled water over the parts in a small pan and boiling for five minutes.

After each use, separate the parts, wash with mild soap, rinse in cold water and dry with a clean cloth.

Safe to clean and sterilise just like your silicone dummies or baby bottles.
