The toddler footwear industry had been designing for aesthetics, not anatomy. We thought that was a problem worth solving.

So we built SIMPLES.™ — children's footwear developed alongside podiatrists, designed for movement, made to survive real play, and easy enough that a toddler can put them on themselves.

We put WonderSkips on real toddlers — on hot sand, slippery floors, and everyday playgrounds — and watched in painstaking detail. Every round of wear-testing led to refinements in traction, durability, stability, and safety — validated against the biomechanical guidance of our podiatry and paediatric advisors.

Fit tip:

For the first wear, make sure your child’s heel is gently seated all the way back before fastening. If any rubbing occurs at first, it’s usually from the straps being fastened too tightly — a slightly looser fit helps.

Materials:

Made from soft, flexible EVA, chosen for its lightweight comfort, durability, and gentle feel on developing feet. Free from harmful substances tested in children’s products.

All materials are independently tested by TÜV SÜD to meet international children’s safety standards (including Australian, EU, and US): No detectable phthalates, BPA, formaldehyde, heavy metals, or restricted (harmful) substances.

Importantly, chemicals don’t “seep” into the skin. Our testing specifically checks for harmful substances that could transfer through skin contact or ingestion, and confirms they are either not present, or no-risk.

This means the materials are safe for everyday wear — even for little ones who are still exploring with their hands and feet.

Keep Simples Clean:

Remove dry dirt using a soft-bristled brush. For tougher grime, gently scrub with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly then pat dry. Air-dry away from direct heat and sunlight.
