Topped with a cheese mix made from fresh ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and milk.This cheesy goodness is layered between the veg sauce and on top to go golden and crunchy whilst also smooth and creamy underneath.Serve with a nice big fresh salad and some garlic bread or enjoy as a complete meal on its own.
