Use For

Directions

To Cool: Freeze for 1 hour or submerge in icy water.
To Heat: Microwave for 10 seconds or submerge in hot water.
If needed, reheat in 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.

Always test temperature before use. Do not apply directly to skin. Limit use to 20 minutes at a time and allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
