Worry Stones

A smooth, pocket-sized stone for little hands to hold.

Worry Stones are small, soft silicone stones with a textured surface that children can rub, squeeze and turn over in their fingers. They fit in a pocket, school bag or pencil case, so a quiet, mindful moment is always close by.

Pair one with a few slow breaths: hold the stone, breathe in, run a thumb across it, breathe out.
